Basic Obedience (ALL AGES)
Mixed Age Basic Manners with Joanna Moritz - This beginner level course is designed for dogs of all sizes who are older than 5 months, but have not had any previous formal training. Basic obedience, manners, and common problems are covered, as well as skills such as paying attention around distractions and self-control. This is a foundational class aimed at coaching you to communicate with your dog, and setting him or her up to be a well-behaved companion or a responsive
performance dog.
Prerequisites: None.
COST: $125.00 for 6 weeks
BASIC OBEDIENCE/MANNERS (20 weeks and older) with Jana Williamson – This class is for dogs of all ages that have missed the basics, such as newly adopted older dog. Lets go back to basics and teach your new dog sit, stay, walking nicely on the leash. This class will always be on leash…Lets teach a wonderful focus exercise; to watch you or the “What do I do next?” look! Learn to work in the presence of other dogs and their humans.

2nd Level Obedience/Manners with Jana Williamson – (20 weeks and older) Jana will be advanceing your dog’s basic behaviors, working on loose leash walking, and going outdoors for attention with distractions. Behaviors meet the real world.
Prerequisite: Must have successfully completed a puppy class or other basic obedience class.
COST: $125.00 for 6 weeks.
Jr. College – 3rd Level Obedience with Jana Williamson
This class works on impulse control in the dog, learning when to mark the right behavior and setting performance criteria, and refining behaviors. It adds duration, distance, and distractions, in the sits and downs, including waits and stays. Refines the heel walk and focus. Weather permitting this class will meet out doors on location to add environmental stimulus.
Pre-requisites: Must have successfully completed a level 2 basic obedience class.
